I marinate my chicken like this on the daily 🐓
If @beyondmeat can create a meat that taste like chicken. I’m sold. For now, I’m sorry chickens😩🐓
Marinate: (For at least an hour)
2 TBSP SODIUM-FREE SOY SAUCE
2 TBSP PURE HONEY
2 TBSP ACV
1/4 TSP PAPRIKA
1/4 TSP CUMIN
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1/4 TSP TURMERIC (because turmeric cures everything🤣)
Cooking Spray ⏲
Air Fryer: 20 mins/ 180 degrees heat 🔥
🌴Fun Fact: People like to think honey = sugar = bad for you. But I think the misunderstanding comes from processed sugar versus pure sugar.
When you consume processed sugar, it is striped away from its nutrients because of the processing & all that is left is the high concentrated sweetness in the sugar like white sugar.
All sugars are bad for you if taken in excess but note that in this recipe I’m not using honey as a dipping sauce. I’m using it as a marinate thus when it is cooked, the sweetness level of the honey is reduced.
Note: Cooking changes the nutrients & calories contents in food. Thus, making this chicken recipe low in carbs, sugar & calories.
